Artificial Intelligence Use Notice

  1. Introduction

This website uses artificial intelligence tools to support content creation. We believe that transparency towards our users is not only a legal obligation but a fundamental principle of professional fairness.

This page explains clearly how, when and why we use AI, and what safeguards we adopt to ensure the quality and reliability of everything we publish.

  1. What we mean by artificial intelligence

By artificial intelligence we mean the software systems defined in art. 3 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 — AI Act — i.e. automated systems able to process input and generate output such as text, images, code or other content.

Tools that may be used to support the production of content on this website include, for example, generative language models, image generation tools and writing and programming assistants.

  1. What content we use AI for

Artificial intelligence may be used as a support tool for:

  • Informative, descriptive and promotional texts
  • Images and graphic content
  • Code and technical components of the website
  • Translations and language adaptations
  • Drafts and content structures that are subsequently reworked

AI is never used as the only source of information on topics that require verifiable accuracy, such as regulatory references, statistical data or relevant factual statements.

  1. Human oversight — as required by European law

In accordance with art. 4 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 — AI Act — and Italian Law no. 132 of 23 September 2025, all content produced with the support of artificial intelligence systems must be reviewed, checked and approved by a qualified human operator before being published or made available to users.

In practice this means that:

  • No AI-generated content is published without being read, assessed and approved by a person
  • Any errors, inaccuracies or hallucinations of AI systems are identified and corrected before publication
  • Editorial and professional responsibility for all published content remains entirely with Agenzia EnzinoSting
  • Relevant decisions concerning users are always made by human beings, never delegated automatically to AI systems
  1. Responsibility and accuracy

While we take every reasonable measure to ensure the accuracy of our content, AI systems may produce information that is not always up to date or perfectly accurate. For this reason, the human oversight described in point 4 is a non-negotiable practice for us, not a mere formality.

We invite users to report any inaccuracies found in the website content by writing to info@enzinosting.com

  1. Privacy and user data

No personal data of the users of this website is entered into or transmitted to third-party artificial intelligence systems. AI tools are used exclusively for the internal production of content. For more information on the processing of personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
