1. This section contains information on how www.enzinosting.com, owned by Agenzia EnzinoSting, is managed with regard to the processing of the data of its users.
2. This notice is also provided for the purposes of article 13 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, for those who interact with www.enzinosting.com.
3. This notice applies only to www.enzinosting.com and not to other websites the user may visit through links contained in it.

1. The processing of data generated by the use of www.enzinosting.com takes place at Via Margherita di Savoia no. 56 – 70017 – Putignano (Ba) – Italy.

6 – Type of data processing

1. The processing of personal data is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller in providing information about the activity of www.enzinosting.com pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, letter f) of EU Regulation 2016/679, in compliance with that Regulation.
2. This website uses Log Files in which information collected automatically during users' visits is stored. The information collected may include:

12 – User rights

1. The user's rights regarding the protection of personal data are guaranteed. In line with the GDPR, in relation to the processing of their personal data, the user has the right to ask the Controller for:

• Access: the user may ask for confirmation as to whether or not data concerning them is being processed, as well as further clarification about the information in this notice;
• Rectification: they may ask to correct or complete the data they have provided, if inaccurate or incomplete;
• Erasure: they may ask for their data to be deleted if it is no longer needed for our purposes, in the event of withdrawal of consent or objection to processing, in the event of unlawful processing, or where there is a legal obligation to erase it or it relates to minors under fourteen;
• Restriction: they may ask for their data to be processed only for storage purposes, excluding other processing, for the period needed to rectify their data, in the event of unlawful processing to whose erasure they object, if they need to exercise their rights in court and the data kept by the Controller may be useful to them, and finally in the event of objection to processing while it is being checked whether the Controller's legitimate grounds override theirs.
• Objection: they may object at any time to the processing of their data, unless the Controller has legitimate grounds for the processing that override theirs, for example for the establishment or defence of legal claims.
